   Clear Creek Sourdough was created from a love of simple ingredients, homemade bread, and helping beginners feel confident in the kitchen.

What started as a personal sourdough journey quickly grew into a passion for sharing approachable, beginner-friendly sourdough starters with others—including gluten-free options for those navigating dietary restrictions.

   Based in Western North Carolina, Clear Creek Sourdough offers dehydrated sourdough starters designed to make homemade bread more accessible without the frustration of building a starter completely from scratch.
